Meet Attorney Preston Mostek

I am the owner and founder of Preston Mostek Attorney at Law LLC, specializing and serving Nebraska in a wide range of legal services, including criminal and civil law (Criminal Defense (DUI/Drugs/Domestic Assault/Traffic/Etc.), Pardons and Expungement, Record Sealing, Family and Juvenile Law, Personal Injury Contract Negotiation, Wills/Estate Planning, Business Associations and Planning, Workers' Compensation and Labor Law, and Dog Bites among other areas). Additionally, I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. Moreover, I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Political Science and graduated from Grand Island Senior High School.

Ultimately, I am a very goal-oriented, punctual, trustworthy, and hard-working individual who looks forward to working with you. In my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling, biking, cooking, and rooting for the Nebraska Cornhuskers and New York Yankees. Cooking is my hobby and I love attending Nebraska Cornhusker football games.
